Outdoor Seating & Materials

We selected high quality, weather resistant furniture with plush cushions for comfort and durability. The seating arrangement keeps the balcony spacious and welcoming, ideal for both relaxation and casual gatherings.

Pergola & Lighting

A custom pergola adds architectural depth and provides shade during the day while creating a cozy atmosphere at night. Subtle ambient lighting enhances the mood, making the balcony enjoyable in the evenings without overpowering the natural ambience.

Greenery & Finishes

Strategically placed planters and lush greenery soften the modern lines and add privacy. Natural stone flooring was chosen for durability and aesthetic consistency, ensuring the balcony remains functional and elegant in all seasons.
