Scope of Services
We provide interior design, interior fit out, renovation, landscape design, bespoke furniture, VR/3D visualization and project management services across the UAE.
Website Use
- No commercial duplication of content without permission
- No scraping, hacking or disruption attempts
- All designs and content remain the property of RadyInterior
Quotes & Pricing
Quotes are estimates and may vary based on materials, scope changes or site conditions. Final pricing is confirmed in your contract.
Project Timelines
Timelines depend on material availability, design approvals, site readiness and external authorities. Delays caused by third parties are not our responsibility.
Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate site details
- Approve designs and materials promptly
- Ensure site access
- Obtain approvals (unless otherwise agreed)
Revisions & Approvals
Revisions included in your contract are free. Additional revisions may incur charges.
Payments & Billing
Payment terms are outlined in your contract. Deposits become non refundable once work begins.
Intellectual Property
All drawings, layouts, renders and VR models remain RadyInterior’s intellectual property unless contractually transferred.
Warranty
We provide workmanship warranty depending on project scope. Warranty excludes natural wear, misuse and defects from third-party suppliers.
Liability
We are not liable for external contractor issues, structural defects, force majeure events or delays beyond control.
Cancellation & Refunds
Requests must be made in writing. Refunds depend on work completed and resources allocated. Once execution begins, refunds may be limited.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
